Description

Production method – maceration for 24 hours at 12°C temperature, 10 % raisins.

Fermentation – stainless steel tank at 16°C for 14 days

Maturation – in stainless steel tank on fine sediment for 6 months without mixing.

Color – bright, golden-yellow. Aroma – dried raisins, honey, spices, candied fruit.

Taste – full, fruity, varietal, juicy, supported by a fine residual sugar. Serving temperature 12°C, Storage temp.14°
